Yunara Guide

ADC

Yunara is an auto-attack carry who becomes extremely mobile and safe after level 6: Cultivation of Spirit spreads her attacks to nearby enemies, Arc of Judgment slows and clears waves, and Transcend One's Self upgrades her abilities into a laser and dashes. She scales well and is strong in skirmishes, but struggles against lane bullies and burst.

Lethal Tempo with Triumph, Legend: Bloodline and Cut Down, plus Cash Back and Triple Tonic. Take Flash with Barrier, Cleanse against heavy CC like Varus, or Ghost. Start Doran's Bow with two potions and a Stealth Ward, or Doran's Blade; against poke, Cull and a Refillable Potion help you sustain. Prioritise attack damage components early. The current full build is Yun Tal Wildarrows, Gluttonous Greaves, Runaan's Hurricane, Infinity Edge, Lord Dominik's Regards, Bloodthirster and Guardian Angel. Kraken Slayer, Blade of the Ruined King or Hexoptics C44 are alternative first items; Mortal Reminder handles healing, Immortal Shieldbow or Maw of Malmortius add shields, and Mercurial Scimitar removes CC.

Strengths

  • Extremely mobile and safe after level 6.
  • Strong skirmishing with good area damage from spreading attacks.
  • Good scaling and flexible build paths.

Weaknesses

  • Weak against lane bullies and zoning, like Caitlyn, Draven or Miss Fortune.
  • Low burst for short fights and countered by high burst damage.
  • Vulnerable to hard CC and needs good wave management.

Laning Phase

Auto-attack champions to build Cultivation of Spirit stacks (two per champion hit, one on minions) and trade aggressively once you have six or more — activating Q resets your auto. Your level 1 is strong with Lethal Tempo. Use Arc of Judgment to poke, slow and clear, angling it around minions or through a low minion to catch the enemy. Against long-range bullies, preserve your health and push waves so they spend spells on minions.

Mid & Late Game

Use Transcend One's Self to extend pressure or reposition: cast E, then R, then the empowered dash for maximum speed. For maximum damage, let Q expire, then use R to reactivate it instantly. Spread attacks hit enemies in fog of war, and at full build Arc of Judgment clears waves almost on its own.

Key Tips

  • Cast W just before R to refresh the empowered laser's cooldown to two seconds.
  • You can Flash during W's cast animation for an unpredictable angle.
  • Peel supports like Braum, Milio, Lulu or Janna let her thrive in extended fights.
