Singed has a playstyle unlike any other champion: positions other champions would call 'inting' are correct for him. We recommend full AP builds for damage and dueling, while creating space for the team by proxy-farming, ganking, roaming and messing with the enemy jungler.

Our Conqueror duelist page uses Conqueror with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity and Last Stand, plus Nimbus Cloak and Celerity, with Flash and Ignite. Unsealed Spellbook with Ghost is the safe farming option, and Summon Aery suits aggressive lanes. Start Doran's Ring (Dark Seal into passive lanes). The core is Boots of Swiftness, Liandry's Torment, Protoplasm Harness and Rylai's Crystal Scepter, finishing tanky AP with Dead Man's Plate and Jak'Sho, or AP-heavy with Hextech Rocketbelt and Bloodletter's Curse. Zhonya's Hourglass, Abyssal Mask, Force of Nature and Riftmaker are honourable mentions.

Strengths

Unique, disruptive playstyle that creates space and tilts opponents.
Strong dueling with Conqueror and AP-tank builds.
Great at proxy-farming, roaming and invading the enemy jungle.

Weaknesses

No range and little burst — ranged top laners like Vayne, Akshan, Heimerdinger or Teemo are very hard.
Slows and crowd control (Darius, Olaf, Gragas) can pin him down.
Yorick's cage or Gangplank's poke can make lane miserable.

Laning Phase

Into lanes you can't fight — Heimerdinger, Cassiopeia, Ryze or a strong Gangplank — proxy-farm behind the enemy's tower and play for the late game with your team. Against melee bruisers like Darius or Olaf, rush Boots of Swiftness and play for your jungler. Many ranged laners can't escape Fling and your ultimate once you get on top of them, and Vayne can't tumble while standing in Mega Adhesive.

Mid & Late Game

Keep creating space: roam, gank and harass the enemy jungler so they're always asking what you're doing and whether they can catch you. Use your ultimate to win fights once you reach your target, and rush Mercury's Treads against heavy crowd control.

Key Tips

Mega Adhesive stops dashes — use it to catch Gnar in mini form or Vayne.
Kennen's E speed isn't stopped by your W, so he's hard to catch.
A Yuumi on Singed is a terrifying combination.
