Guardian with Font of Life, Bone Plating and Unflinching, plus Biscuit Delivery and Cosmic Insight, is the page; Unsealed Spellbook is the creative alternative. Start World Atlas and pick Celestial Opposition or Solstice Sleigh as the upgrade, rush Locket of the Iron Solari, and add Bandlepipes — its attack-speed aura helps stack Concussive Blows — then Knight's Vow. Take Plated Steelcaps against AD or auto-attack comps and Mercury's Treads against magic damage or heavy crowd control. Ignite in most games, Exhaust into assassins.

Strengths

Some of the best disengage and peel in the support role.
Unbreakable blocks projectiles and has unique interactions with many abilities.
One of the strongest level 1s for invades, and he can still be played aggressively.

Weaknesses

Suffers in ranged matchups and rarely wins lane outright.
Hard to roam with and hard to engage on his own.
Limited depth in itemization.

Laning Phase

Laning is about surviving and securing your ADC's farm: freeze the wave so your ADC stays safe and you're free to roam or ward. Pressure the enemy ADC by walking in and out of the lane bushes when they go to last-hit, and help your ADC reach level 2 first. You usually take E second for a defensive tool, though W second can surprise opponents when there's a minion to jump to. Sync recalls with your ADC after pushing the wave into their tower.

Mid & Late Game

Level 6 gives Braum his main engage and disengage tool. Group with your jungler to set up dragon, Herald and Baron, and adapt the tempo to your team's power spikes. In teamfights prioritise peeling over engaging, especially against assassins like Talon or Zed; protect carries with Unbreakable and Stand Behind Me, and when you do find an engage, try Stand Behind Me → Flash → Glacial Fissure.

Key Tips

Unbreakable can soak Brand's or Nami's ultimate and catch projectiles like Lulu's polymorph.
Flash → Winter's Bite cancels the animation and catches enemies off guard.
Once you apply the first stack, allies' basic attacks add Concussive Blows stacks too.
Self-cast Stand Behind Me to gain its bonus resistances instantly.
